    If for any reason you are not happy with your prescription and after a re-check by our Optometrist we offer a 30 day exchange on lenses. * Only applies to lenses
  • 6 month breakage protection and warranty
    Should you break or damage your prescription glasses (frame and/or lenses) within 6 months of purchase, we will replace them for 50 % of the non discounted price. We will also repair or replace any eyewear found to be defective.

  • Prescription Alterations
    If original eye test was done at Figtree or Warrawong and your prescription changes within 30 days of the purchase date, we will provide and fit your new lens FREE of charge.
  • Free lifetime servicing, cleaning and adjustments
    Over time, your glasses or prescriptions sunglasses will need a clean up so that they maintain comfort and fit. As a valued customer of Figtree Eyecare, we provide you with free servicing, cleaning and adjustments for as long as you own your glasses. Just call into our shop anytime and our friendly team are there to assist.
  • 6 month breakage protection and warranty
    Accidents happen! If you break or damage your prescription glasses (frame and or lenses) within 6 months of purchase bring them in and we will replace them for 50% of the current retail price. If your glasses or prescription sunglasses are found to be defective, we will repair or replace them up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Theft or loss is not covered.
Medicare is a system that covers all Australian residents and some visitors for consultations and some medical procedures with doctors and optometrists.

Medicare benefits can be rebated when paying your account at the time of consultation.
Health fund partners
If you have private health fund coverage for ‘Ancillaries’ you should be entitled to receive a reimbursement for your eyewear, lenses, contact lenses and sunglasses. The level of rebate varies from fund to fund however you can simply claim your benefit directly form your health fund when making your purchase which will leave you with no out of pocket expenses.
